I literally checked this marvel section today thinking "what the hell happened in here?? I must've missed something big". Then I saw Chapter's name everywhere
It was a slow weekend for me at home.

Yeah. I mean. I don't completely dislike this statue. I love it. I think this one is overall looking like it will be better quality than the XM one. But I do like the pose of the XM one better.
What I meant was, everyone can run, I just wish it would have been something that just absolutely stood out on my shelf. But as you said, not everyone can be satisfied. I feel the same way about the punisher. The new pf looks awesome. But I personally don't like the pajamas or head sculpt on it. Not because they are bad, because both of those things look great, just not my taste. I thought the pose was good too, but at the prices of these things now a days, I have to be picky. I want to wait for that daredevil pf that is as dynamic as the new Spider-Man pf. And I want a punisher that is aiming, modern with tac vest and what not, and aiming his guns.
My ideal punisher outfit.

That's a good attitude Savage. It's better to wait for one that will tick all the boxes for you. Then you'll be much happier in the long run.

Yeah. I'm really hoping Jon Bernthal punisher is introduced on daredevil just like the winter soldier. Sniper on a rooftop, daredevil sets chase, escapes and leaves that very mysterious vibe.

I'm pretty happy with all of Sideshow's renditions of Punisher at this point. I was really impressed with the last PF. My fave will always be the original Bradstreet Ex. though.

I think this one makes for an OK DD. Still prefer the old brooding comiquette pose but I like this sculpt better. I loved the Electra comiquette though. Wish it was in scale with this.
My favorite is the COM. Frank looks so bad ass and beastly.

Is this piece close? I'd didn't get to PO this so I'm waiting till release to get it.
You should then read the Volume 2 run starting with Kevin Smith, David Mack, Brian Bendis, and end with Brubaker. It's the single most consistently awesome comic book run of that many issues I've ever read.
Put this guy up high and imagine he's running on rooftops. That's Daredevil right there.
Prob look for Late Aug Sept release.

Man, I just saw updated pics on the XM DD for the first time.....
HOLY POOP....I don't think I can honestly say one bad thing about it.
No disrespect to Sideshow's piece. I think it looks great and they make quality work, but the XM piece just brought things to an all-new level.

I like the classic look on this and it'll pair up well with the classic Punisher PF. Billy clubs can be fixed.
