1/6 Hot Toys-MMS 236-TDK Armory (with Batman, Alfred, and Bruce Wayne Figures)

I got my armory and Batman yesterday but when I got the box it seemed light and small. When I opened it it was a Batman Arkham City jacket (whatever that is, I didn't open it) instead of what it was supposed to be.
No doubt I will get my money back, but I would say it's less than 50/50 chance that I get my armory now since it was the last they had in stock. Everything with the package is correct except the contents, the invoice is correct also, so either someone was really tired when packing or stole the stuff right there. Unless they can identify the person that was supposed to get the jacket and that person acknowledges that they got the wrong package I might miss out. I guess getting the wrong order but one that has five times the value might corrupt people somewhat, I don't know. Hopefully it was sent to an honest person so I get my stuff.

A local swedish seller. I saw the sale in the middle of the night and waited until morning before ordering so looks like I got the last one, or I should say someone else got the one I payed for.

Too bad, it was a fantastic deal from my perspective. I had decided against getting this, but couldn't pass it up for the price. Now I wish I hadn't even seen it.
Oh well, be pissed for a few days and then let it go and buy something else to soothe the pain.

There is NO WAY such mistake can go unpunished, there must be a refund! The people that delivered tha package must answer for it!

I will definately get my money back, no worries there. I ordered from a respectable company with apparently just a little sloppy handling of orders shipping out. But I would much rather get the armory.
They should quite easily be able to identify who got what, most likely it's just two orders mixed up. Someone ordered a $60 Batman jacket and got my armory, and I ordered the armory and got the $60 jacket instead.
But I don't know how they would handle it if the person getting the much more expensive stuff in this case is not willing to admit getting the wrong but much more valuable product. If you are a big enough Batman fan to wanna wear a jacket from a Batman video game you would probably think the HT Batman + armory is cooler than ****.
So I have pretty much resigned to the facts of it all now and will go for the refund on monday.

I'm not sure about Sweden but here in the UK under our postal laws if you receive something a company has sent you in error via the mail, you're completely entitled to keep it. It's on the company's head, their mistake. You'd also be fully entitled to keep the jacket AND claim a refund for the armoury they never sent you. Look into your local postal laws and bylaws to see exactly where you stand.
Speaking of the armoury set - I've been offered the MMS 235 set with Alfred for a great price, £240 brand new. Not sure whether to take the seller's arm off for that or hold out for the full set with the Wayne figure as well. Would I be better off getting a parted out Bale headsculpt and bashing my own Wayne in a black T-shirt down the line instead for the money I'd be saving?
The same seller also offered me the 2011 Batsuit Begins figure for £220. While I appreciate that's much less value for money I'm still tempted. Two-faced penny for your thoughts, guys.

Well, first I'd take te armory over the begins suit... Never quite liked the way hot toys handled that one...
And, im one of the few, that really wanted, and was happy with the bruce suit and sculpt... But if you are mot into the "man in a suit" thing, and just want the bale sculpt for the batman armor, id take the armory deal, and buy the sculpt separately

£240 for the armoury with Alfred is a good price.
The Begins suit - Toy Fair version - is awful. I sold mine. It is my favourite looking suit from the films but the rubber is just terrible. It rubs and peels and flakes and goes shiny in random areas. Plus the actual design is wrong.
For the same price - the armoury has the Dark Knight suit, Alfred and the weapons wardrobe - great deal.

I hope HT revisits the Begins suit in a few years...and finally gets it right.
I wouldn't hold your breath man. This year is the 10th anniversary of that film and zilch. The future doesn't look much brighter either. I could possibly see a 10th anniversary Joker in 2018.
Begins Bats is far from a perfect fig, but as Begins was my favourite of Nolan's films I had to get this guy.
