I do think it is much nicer than the Fett base, especially if this one will light up. But I'm not a huge fan of the walking down pose they both have personally.

Yeah, I wish the head was looking down or else, how the hell are these two supposed to compliment each other?
I've been keeping my Jedi Luke in storage forever anticipating this Vader PF and now, I'm thinking I bought this Jedi Luke PF for nothing.
What a lost opportunity from Sideshow. Don't they plan these things out so they can be paired together?

Doubt it. At least I hope not. There are a lot of characters that'd need to be done before Luke. Also if they're rehashing old ones I'm sure everyone would like to see a new Han first. Maybe a Han PF in the ST disguise

I have a feeling they will start rehashing all of the old ones now with their new huge bases. The old PFs won't match up with the new ones so Sideshow will bet you'll just buy them all over again.

That is my biggest issue with sideshow. Aside from their court of the dead line they put no thought into coordinating the statues so that they go well together.

It's frustrating that's the only Han available, even more so after they nailed the RoTLA Indy.
Yeah I see a Hoth Han or Stormtroooer Han (hope with a Stormtrooper Luke) in the future. Maybe after EP VII comes out though because everything else will be Episode VI stuff for now and my may be Rebels. To be fair though, if they're going tondo Rebels then they should do Ep IV stuff too.

Why? For cold hard cash, that is why. Bigger base = justification to charge more. Example: Conan rage of the undying. That piece had a totally huge base that adds nothing to the statue an has a huge price tag way over a normal PF. There you have it sir. If you have a hue base you can charge am extra $50 easy and justify it.
I never thought I'd have an arch enemy. Now I have: Oversized bases.
