It seems that they put their effort into the headsculpt, that is great, but the work in the clothing is weak, it looks made by children cutting some forms. The hands are weird and the tip of the blade from the hand of the king is missing.
I want a Tyrion figure but I´m not sure about ordering it:gah:.

While I agree about the hands and the pin, the clothing is far from weak. Trying to get that pattern in such a small scale and making it legible can't be easy.

I´m sure it must be hard to make but they´ve already did it on the prototype, the clothing and pin were accurate so I can´t understand why they give us a worse figure.

 
Because it was too expensive and/or they couldn't pull it off in production. Besides that, the outfit above isn't totally accurate.

I get what you're saying about the outfits though. At first every time I saw the outfit I couldn't get the image of a hole puncher out of my head. I've gotten used to it and I honestly think it will better in hand. Imagine how small those holes will be compared to these blown up pics.

Re: the pin. It's not on an angle. The new one is just a very bad casting - rough, short, lacking detail - I'm hoping the production version won't be so bad.

Now that we've seen Tyrion its time to talk about Ned. I reckon he'll also be light on accessories.

And I have a strong feeling the Exclusive will be a ponderous tome. The Lineages and Histories of the Great Houses of the Seven Kingdoms.

I wonder if any of these figures will come will cool exclusives. :lol

I gotta say, Im not sure why there are so many people that are SO defensive over any criticism of this figure..

I'm the biggest GoT there is, read all 5 books, the whole shebang. This license is my number one most desired, so anything less than HT quality was gonna disappoint me. I don' think its a horrible figure by any means especially for the price, but obviously you are only getting what your paying for if that, and $130-140 doesn't buy you much in the 1/6 world anymore.

The remarks folks have made have been more than fair. the outfit is lackluster compared to the prototype, the hair paint is all wrong, hair sculpt lacks detail, and the hand pin is underwhelming. These are all things that could have easily been fixed during the long revision process, but not only did they not get fixed, but the outfit actually got worse. The only thing that was improved upon from initial photos to these new ones were the photos themselves..

Ill still get Tyrion and be happy to, but boy am I ever glad the best 1/6 custom company around is on the ball with GoT as well...
 
I dont think I've seen anyone getting overly defensive. Most everyone has had complaints.....

Looks like there will be an exclusive after all. Belt with sheath and removable dagger for those that PO directly from ThreeZero. No pics yet but was just announced on their Facebook page.
