great post Al...couldn't agree more my friend. I hardly ever play the lottery anymore, I've come to the conclusion that if I saved every penny that I spent on the lottery twice a week, I'd probably have more chance of being a millionaire

Man, there has been a lot going on in this thread since I last visited. Loving the Iron Man collection, of course, but really like the mod on the costume to the Batman PF. It looks so much better now. Awesome stuff Andy!!!

Thanks so much for the kind words Jim great to have you back buddy Yea, really happy with how Batman turned out...being one of those OCD collectors, those saggy pits certainly bothered me a lot and so I had to get my hands dirty and strip Batman down to get to those pits!!!

Thanks so much CPB It is indeed my friend, recommended by the grandaddy of all Iron Man collectibles...hahaha Mr Alex Averone all I did was to mod mine a little and put it on a Sideshow style base (so that I can continue the theme with all my Iron Man busts) It really is an awesome bust i have to say...here are some more pics for you buddy...enjoy!

Thanks for the great comments Jay...as for the blue boxes...well I've had them for quite a while...they are collapsible Marvel boxes which I used to store my Marvel Figurines which you've probably seen before...I literally had hundreds and hundreds of these figurines until one day I decided to sell and collect bigger statues the rest as they say is history! Here are some really poor quality pics which were taken years ago but it shows you how I used the boxes

Right guys, time to get back to my favourite subject....it's IRON MAN!!!! Had my custom display case built for my MKVI 1:1 Lifesize bust a while back so finally got the chance to post up some pics. So these are the majority of my IM busts, I still have the War Machine lifesize bust all boxed up as there is no way I'd have space to display him at the moment plus he's the big daddy of all my Iron man busts

Looking forward to adding the MKVII bust which sideshow are supposedly shipping next month and then there is still Iron Patriot and the MK42 busts to be released towards the end of the year...then I think that'll be it unless Sideshow release another one based on the Avengers 2 movie!!! god, will it ever end!!!

Really happy with how these glass cases have turned out...yes, they can be space eaters but boy do they look professional and museum-like when the lights are on! Now all I need is my new home so I can display all this stuff in my planned cinema/display room...I know right!

Your pictures inspired the hunt, before seeing pics of your IM busts I never would had any interest in them. Still don't except for IM. They look so amazing. Nice classy setup Andy. Your collection is getting better everytime I visit the thread

So you've seen the completed pics of this one already but finally it has arrived in hand and boy it looks even more awesome in the flesh its the custom 1/4 scale 1987 Predator Statue. For me personally, this is an absolute masterpiece and definitely a must have for any serious Predator fan! I've waited almost 2 years to finally get my hands on my very own Predator for my collection and it was so worth the wait! Featuring a light up Biomask, light up shoulder canon and light Predator logo on the front of the base, this statue comes packed with awesome detail from the movie accurate necklaces, awesome netting over the skin, amazingly intimidating pose, an alternate reveal portrait headsculpt and finally a beautifully designed diorama base... It literally has it all...it even comes with a Cinemaquette style "Certificate of Authenticity"
