Hell yeah I did. But not before he demanded me to pay for his relocation costs (about $4000). I replied via text message to him asking if he was on drugs and that got him even madder.

He later splashed paint on my premises which prompted me to deduct a cut of his deposit. Oh well, to all you landlords out there, choose your tenants wisely.
