Last week I got the US Collector set, and this week I scored the UK set.

The UK statue pi$$es all over the US one. Sculpting, paint, and design are all inferior on the domestic piece. I'll post photos later this evening.

Please do, and share where you got the UK version. I like the US edition, but it does feel incredibly flimsy and cheap.

If you've already completed the story then you may not be able to....

Currently, you can only complete the Worst Nightmare achievements during the main story as once it's finished there are no more re-spawning predator rooms.
Sometimes you can do the odd predator achievement on rooftops, but none that require special takedowns through grates or vantage points.

There are actually a lot of people unhappy with this and hoping that WBGM will change it so that these achievements can either be made in the challenge rooms or so that predator rooms in the story mode will re-spawn.

Yeah not a fan of that. Oh well, it won't be bad if those are the only things I have to worry about in NG+

Would anybody else like to see a sequel to this, as well as a sequel to AC? I could quite happily keep playing as both younger and older Batman.

Just beat the game. I liked it and had only one freeze and no other major bugs. Story wise, did they ever...

Got the US version from Gamestop and the UK version from Amazon.

US version features a dinky figure (see Mattel Batman for scale,) that takes up a lot of real estate. The statue is vinyl and styrene with a tepid light-up feature, and a bonus head. Receives a C- in this professor's grade book.

UK version is much more dynamic and although it takes up less table space, the figures are significantly bigger. Nice balance of flat, gloss, and metallic paints. All vinyl, with a nice heft. Receives an A- in this professor's grade book.

Here's the US version in the dark:

Best Buy came through on finding me a PS3 Collectors Edition so :pfft: to Buttmunch! :)

Glad to hear it! Its an awesome set. I'm just sorry you had to wait so long, but I am glad they came through for you. I really didn't think they would. Retail employees generally don't know jack and will say anything to your face so you don't yell at THEM. They'd rather pass that buck to someone else later :lol

For once I feel the US got the superior version. The EU edition is meh. That Batman-Joker statue pose has been done before. Nothing new or exciting. The US edition is right out of the game and even in scale with the DCC figures - which is a HUGE plus in my book. It will make for a nice set up once all of the assassins are made.

I just wish the pictures on the TVs were clearer.

Yeah they did. It was in the cutscene.

Has anyone's game become more glitchy since the update? It's frozen on me three times now and only once before the update

I think by now it's a mandatory character attribute. Same way as how Talia has to sleep with Bruce despite sharing no chemistry whatsoever in Rises. :lol

I don't understand why they would bother making a prequel. It feels as if it left of where you finished on arkham city. However, if they would have made actual "batman in the process" then it would be worth it. Like, playing as young Bruce in a martial arts fight.

I really, really wish they'd emphasised a LOT more how you need to do all the acheivements in the Dark Knight System during the main gameplay.
I didn't realise until too late, and now having completed NGP, there's no way for me to 100% the game or finish the final predator room (you need the somic shock Batarang)

(Not that I could get 100% anyway, since a glitch in the first playthrough shows 8/9 crime scenes solved despite me having solved them all!)

You know I saw the Mad Hatter intro with the dancing rabbits. I saw the Waypoint on my map to rescue Alice, but I accidentally went to the Merchants Bank to find the Joker in the main storyline. Once I finished it the Mad Hatter waypoint was gone. Did I just miss an opportunity to do a sidequest?

Not sure if anyone is interested, but my old Concept Art teacher worked on the game. He just posted this on his website

Oh I miss his geekyness and his class.

That will be in the Season Pass DLC.

That's so cool. I wished I attended art school like all my friends did but all I have is mediocre artistic talents that runs in the family. :gah:

finished the main story last night. loved the final act! just need to finish collecting the data packs on the bridge and finish the last most wanted casefile. the only thing i'm going to have to work on in NG+ is the worst nightmare challenges. i'm up to #7 (finally got past #6 near the end) so it shouldn't be too bad as long as i can start getting them knocked out early on. i wish the rooftop encounters counted towards those challenges--they technically register as predator encounters.
