Dear Collector,
Thank you for your continued interest in the unique products from Sideshow Collectibles. You are receiving this e-mail because you recently received the latest addition to our Mythos collection, the Darth Vader Mythos Statue. Please know that we strive to create statues that bring these iconic characters to life in a manner that makes them truly unique. As you may have already noticed one of his arms is not positioned in the way it was initially shown on our website. Please know that these oversights are just as frustrating to us as they are for you, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment this situation may cause.
We want you to rest assured that we are working on correcting this matter so that Lord Vader can be displayed showing the full power of the Dark Side. We have recently contacted our factory and they will be making new arms with clenched fists for our collectors. Please know that you have been added to an in-house waitlist which will be fulfilled as soon as the new arms are received. Currently, we are looking at a wait time of 2-3 months; however this is subject to change. In the meantime we do hope that you enjoy your statue by displaying in the various other configurations available.
If you feel that you are not satisfied with our solution and would like to return the item for a full refund please contact me directly and I will be happy to assist you. Otherwise, we do appreciate your patience and understanding and we thank you for giving us the opportunity to correct your situation.

I would just send them an email to make darn sure you're covered. I wouldn't rely on their list (if they have one). Make your own paper trail I say!

This is great. I hope they send out this e-mail to everyone who's ordered automatically, and not just those that contact CS? If they actually make this right, then that's fantastic support, although it's what it should be since it's their mistake. Nevertheless, it's a step up and what will keep customers with them.

If you want the correct fist arm, you've got to contact them to be put on the replacement list.

That is insulting man.... what a joke, I guess I should be thankful that the problem I had with the statue still means I can keep it... point is I shouldn't and nobody should have to be thankful for a piece that has issues for the $$$ we pay!!!
