Can someone explain what I'm looking at here?

It looks like the mouth plates have "drawers" into which you push the teeth, then the whole thing attaches to the cowl.

Anyone prepared to exchange an exclusive version for a Battle Damaged Mark VII? I'm in the UK!

:lol

I mean truly iconic pieces that would really benefit from 1/4. Namely the Endo for example.

So, the most iconic comic book based character on the planet along with Superman and Tintin wouldn't benefit from the quarter scale treatment as much as an 80's flick android's skeleton? :cuckoo:
I like most of the Terminator movies but none of their characters even comes close to Batman as an icon, not on film, not anywhere else.

So SSC putting only the normal version back up for preorder is a bad sign for my EX waitlist, right?

Your still here talking about if you are gonna get it.
Your a goner man. Might as well just order it now.

OPINIONS. We all have them and, here's the shocker: we don't always have the same ones.

But for the record: I collect film based figures. The Endoskeleton is far more iconic to me than Nolan Bats. Keaton Bats is even more iconic and, despite my adoration for the Nolan trilogy, I can still understand that.

As my collection is only 1/6, I like to keep the handful of 1/4 pieces I have room for and can afford to be iconic eye popping pieces that really shine as a standalone model.

Additionally, I feel people can really get carried away with 1/4, nowadays wanting every character in that scale. Yes this arguably trumps the DX12 hands down but I do not feel I need this in 1/4.

I heard in facebook that they haven't even shipped him to SSC yet..
Which means an even bigger delay for my BBTS order and in top of that I ordered late so another delay. I'm really tempted to buy this on EBay for an in stock one.

You confuse opinions with preferences and preferences with facts.
All things are not equal and not all opinions are factual.
Batman in any form is more iconic than any Terminator character, that is a fact.
Whatever is more iconic "to you" is another thing entirely.
Beyond that I have no particular philosophy about 1/4 or 1/6, if a figure looks nice and I can afford without hurting it I'll go for it.

What a ridiculous argument.
Sure Batman is iconic, but THIS version of Batman? Hmmm don't think so. But if you do think so, that's cool. Get my drift?
:wink1:

And the Terminator Endo is far more iconic cinematically than Nolan's Batman. And that is not fact, it's my opinion, we all have them. It's good to be able to distinguish between fact and opinion. It becomes easier after the self importance of your teenage years wears down.

They wanna sell out the normal versions first before putting up the ex again once they start to ship. I'm not falling for this, If it does turn out they are sold out of ex, I'll get the normal ver locally.

Not according to the box office, history or common sense.
Iconic does not mean what you think it means.
Of course it's cool if you think differently. :cuckoo:
