Somewhat true, they do battle supervillains, which is the most common superhero trope , but don't battle street crime. Then again neither does Iron Man or Green Lantern or a ton of others.
What constitutes a "superhero", is it powers, battling villains, stopping street crime?

The Fourth Kind - ?
I couldnt finish it. I heard so many good things about it that it was creepy and interesting. I was bored out of my mind. They spun it as being a true story and spliced in actual footage (apparently) of the interviews. I just dont beleive it, but regardless I was so bored I eventually just got up and turned it off. I rarely do that, and I'll sit thru some horrible crap.

Who said good things about The Fourth Kind?
That movie is awful in every possible way. It's like, no one can make a good Alien Abduction movie these days. The concept is ripe with incredibly creepy ideas. Such as Alien crossbreeding, body horror, and really intense psychological torment.
But no. They make it into a silly generic "insert monster here" movie.
As someone who has an irrational fear of Alien Grey's, the Fourth Kind made me laugh, more then it scared me.
Oh and all the footage is fake. None of it is real.

I liked the premise of The Fourth Kind, and it did have some super creepy moments, but splicing in the "real" footage was a huge mistake. The woman in those scenes was so campy and over the top, it completely undoes the movie.

It's slow. But I do enjoy the feel of the flick.

Best comic book team movie ever
The Juggling of all the characters was handled expertly with the comic accurate splitting into teams, has one of the best opening action scenes on film. Magneto's prison break was pure epicness.
