I got this fig. i loved it ....... but i dont know how to put cape .... plz help

Yup. It's a pain in the arse. The clip gets shoved all the way down into the shoulder holes and clicks in place. It's not a great design and the cape is a bit poofy but it works I'd you don't want to spend extra on a custom cape Lforigno has some great custom capes on his thread.

The clip should look like a c with the open end to the front. It seems like it shouldn't go in that way but it does. Ill post some pics later if you need them.

Hey guys just got him today, hes my first hot toys and I gotta admit I think im finally gona start collecting these. It is beautiful. Only negative is I find the two handed weapons a real pain for him to hold and not look awkward.

Maglor's post on this subject needs to be bumped every couple of pages.
Here, I dug it up for you.

For those having trouble getting the cape to lay flat.


The part of the clip indicated by the arrow below needs to be pushed under the suit. Until you do that it will be a constant problem. Once you get it under the suit you literally never need to think about it again. It will lay flat until the day you remove the cape.

Here is what you should see once the clip is in place:

Hey mag, did you consider using some kind of adhesive to make the shoulder plates (shoulder pads sounds kinda weird and not badass) stick to his shoulders? I'm thinking of options...velcro perhaps?

Doesn't seem necessary to me.


Also, the two layers of velcro that would be needed would make the shoulders stick out even further than they do stock.

If I remember the mods presented here correctly,
I think you can just dismantle the PERS and position each eyeball with a tweesor.

Pretty easy, and they could be reassembled since there is no cutting or breaking. Go to the link in my signature and watch the first video. I explain how I dismantled them towards the beginning.

Cool, thatks. Did you just paint yours or did you do the squint mod too?

Just paint. But mine has a thick layer of paint to slightly shrink the eyes.

I just got a ship notice for mine for BigBadToyStore Tuesday I should have him in hand Thursday!!! BBTS is being hush hush about there shipments of this figure for some reason??? Maybe they have gotten more then one split up shipment???

I think he's going for the Pit beard, not the hermit goatee.

And I also think it looks awesome, and really brings out the HT sculpt.
