YES! Definetly skipping 1/6 DX Rises Batman (since I like DX02 enough) and picking up this 1/4 Rises Batman...

Well I won't be buying unless there's some serious differentiation in terms of accuracy from the 1/6 version.

I will getting EB bats since its BB suit and this TDKR figure. This is why I don't collect any avengers items except iron man. Bring it on HT.

I seriously think HT is waiting to see how the sales of DX10 go before giving 1:4 scale Terminator a release.

If they are going gangbusters then perhaps you will see it sooner rather than later. On the other hand, if the DX10 sales are not as expected, HT may wait before mass producing a 1:4 scale Terminator.

Hopefully they'll only do the main character of a film - obviously Batman for TDKR. It would be a nice extra to have displayed next to the detolf and seperate from the 1/6 scale stuff. If they're going to do the entire line though, then it'd be a choice for me as to which scale to go with and my brain would say 1/4 but my heart and especially my wallet would say stick with 1/6 - just got too much invested in that scale PLUS vehicles are not an option at 1/4..... or are they?

If this turns out better than the DX 12 it'd be self-cannibalizing for HT. but I hope it is because I don't much like the DX 12.

I can see them just upscaling any innaccuracy from 1:6 to 1:4

The fail would be monumental either way.

If they upscale the inaccuracy - then what exactly is the point of 1/4?
If they fix it, then why not fix it with the 1/6?

When i saw this on facebook this morning i didn't pay any attention to the title and thought this was just a backstage pic of the DX 1/6 figure's accessories.
