Turns out what i thought was a smirking mouth plate...is probably neutral. Some of you guys were right.

It's practically exactly the same expression as the mouth on the bale head sculpt. Just the mouth plate's lips are fully closed.

The Capes are not scalloped though, only in gliding mode do the scalloped capes appear

So then Batman, not Christian Bale playing Batman but Batman, would always be wearing a scalloped cape . Before he jumps off the roof he doesn't stop to change his cape.

Hot Toys employs some of the best sculptors on Earth and this figure, without a single adjustment, is a work of art and "MUST BUY!!!" for me.

That being said, I studied some of my own Nolan Batman reference and reduced the size of the eyes.

Is this a slight improvement or am I just being OCD?

I like the small eyes treatment Looks more accurate, but the problem is the PERS feature inside, if it's the eyes is too small the feature will not be noticible IMO

This is absolutely the best Hot Toys head sculpt ever. Insane likeness !

Yup, and it'll look even better with the proper lighting. I've never really liked these promo shots that they do for the magazines...they flood the crap out of the figure with light.

He is missing his boot cover. Foot seems plain too.
