I really doubt there will be anything relating to venom in the movie. It seems Nolan completely rewrote Bane in almost every way.

Watching the commericals, and I just can't get excited. It looks like Batman fighting in any run of the mill city, nothing aside from Wayne Manor feels like Gotham.

If the significance of Bane grabbing his shirt/coat/whatever at the chest all the damn time isn't explained in this movie, my head is going to explode.

What's the theory on it? Venom?

I've read theories that compare that pose to the way Liam Neeson's Ras Al Ghul would hold his jacket. Virtually identical.
