Well I decided to order from AP Collectibles. They have this in stock for $189.99 plus shipping if anyone is interested. I've ordered several figures from them before and they they are a very reliable family run business. Cant wait to get this guy in.

That's a fair price. Congrats!

he just ends up looking too stiff.

Hmmm... Really love Ross' iconic pose. But then, one can pose him in so many other awesome ways!! Saving for him right now, hope to get him in near future : |

World's Finest together at last. Can't wait.

I remember when an official Reeve Superman and official Keaton Batman was a pipe dream. I thought it would NEVER happen. Now, they're both in production and available to fans.

If Hot Toys made a "convention" exclusive of a blue and gray Batman, kind of like the "Milk" War Machine, that would be an even more EPIC display for Superman.

I think, if we were to get a Con exclusive Keaton Batman, it'd be the BD "Final Battle" version.

No way, Batman and Superman would never. Would they?

Gotta be forced perspective.

I would buy that. That is an incredible Photoshop DiFabio.

Yeah, it would be easy to do. Just burn and chop up the prototype and make it look like he went through hell. :lol

If they did, I would want a bloody face with an angrier expression. The one we got with this regular one looks a little goofy. Like, Bale Batman mouth goofy.

That actually looks surprisingly awesome.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it. I'd buy one too.

The real question is--why wouldn't they? I can't give you an answer to that.

Vicki Vale and Lois Lane. Well, maybe not the Margot Kidder version.

Did you guys boil the base for the crystals to fit? If so, did water stay in the base? Ours looks like if you put it in water the whole base would fill up.

You just want to soften the base up with heat, hot water or a blow dryer. Pour any water out before putting in the pillars, can even quickly dry with a paper towel, just don't wait too long, as it hardens as it cools off.

Re: Hot Toys - MMS152 - Superman: 1/6th scale Superman Collectible Figure

You should use a blow dryer instead with high heat. Water may get stuck in it and I don't think you'd want the base to have mildew or mold in it from water staying in there.

Well, the good thing is that the cowl would be the same, so you could use the DX faces with the EX. and vice-versa.

If they did, I would want a bloody face with an angrier expression. The one we got with this regular one looks a little goofy. Like, Bale Batman mouth goofy.

As goofy as it looks, that's strangely one of the expressions I remember the most.:lol

Vicki Vale and Lois Lane. Well, maybe not the Margot Kidder version.

I can see Supes being a little sad, his being in a relationship with crazy, naked, bipolar bushlady and all, but Batman should be the straightest man ever, with 1980's Kim Basinger as his girlfriend.:lecture

Yeah, I always use a blow dryer myself. But a lot of guys don't have one.
