AEC ended up being 485 shipped for me with RP. I don't mind paying a few bucks more, mark is a stand up guy and his stuff always gets here unscathed. Plus, my PO is never cancelled (knock on wood)

Yes the doll looks very nice but are we paying a ridiculoid royalty fee because Jack Nicholson & Jon Peters own a chunk of the Batman (89) merchandising rights? Because they made up a stupid character called Jack Napier to cash in? Jesus, 265 dolla is a lot and makes Batman look like a bargain.

his math is off, it would be 475 if there was free shipping through bbts. The price difference isnt much different between BBTS and AE and you get RP with AE

CSC was $512 and now I just ran the order through again and it is almost $20 more!
I think they just upped their prices since i have been looking in the last 30 min or so!

Agreed. I have been waiting since I started collecting Hot Toys for these two figures so I will buy them however barring them actually making those rumors BTTF figures after Batman 89 I am done with Hot Toys. The prices are getting just too high for me.

I was also trying to figure what Jack is making off of each Joker figure.
If the movie grossed $411.34 million and he walked away with just over $60 mil, then he took home about 1.5% or about $7 per Joker and Batman set. That seems like a little to little though from what I remember reading up on it before though. I think his merchandising % was larger than that, and that doesn't even account for the cost of the Batman license in the first place.

Oh I am there with you. I am not ordering from CSC as live in CAli. I may cancel with BBTS to get RP w/ AE though.
CSC is a ridiculous price. $531???? that is BS. These are expensive enough. if it weren't for the sort of sentimental value this movie has for me and what a big part of my movie upbringing it was i wouldn't buy them as they are way overpriced.
