i have received 2 of about 4 refunds i have coming. ryan has been true to his word with the refunds so far.

Well, those pieces were part of a whole set of which I already received the clothes from a while back. So, I'd rather he sends me what's missing than get a refund and have an incomplete set. Plus, how are we going to determine how much is the proportional equivalent amount of money he should refund for the stuff still owed since it was a part of a whole?

Well, that's the risk of dealing online I guess. If he is really in financial difficulties, as I said, hope it helps him out. Else, I am just unlucky.

If thats the case, he should be hardly visiting the forum. For a guy that has so many problems he sure has a lot of free time to be on this board.

I don't think so. People like him you can give all the help in the world and they'll never change. Or start under a new name and/or company. You have to want to change.

Plus, as it has been shown, he hates bad publicity. If you don't want that, you do not create these circumstances. It really doesn't get any simpler yet he throws bad temper stunts because customers are on his back.

Pretty much as expected, e-mail received 5/25 and nothing since;

"I am working through everything I owe people. I will get you a tracking number for these tommorow evening."

Never have gotten the tracking number, and honestly could care less about the item I ordered at this point, and more interested about a refund
