Picked up a IMP Snow Trooper but missing a few bits.
No idea if anyone`s casted the armour parts but I was wondering if the following images (with dimensions) could be posted in this thread so I can craft up the parts.

Belt-groin armour.
Backpack.
Kneepads.
Forearm pads.
Cape.

Worse case I may turn one of my WIPs Biker scouts into a HOTH (cold climate) bikerscout.

Off hand I don't know if anyone is cast snowtrooper gear.Try searching through some of the older threads. There has been some extensive overhaul work done in the past.Maybe one of those guys could help you out.

In all honesty, your snowtrooper is missing alot of gear to try to make a complete one.I would just start over & get a complete one.You could appy the parts you have towards a Hoth Biker Scout(which I would love to see made in 1/6 BTW)Not to discourage you in any way...but if I'm not mistaken, you will need a few of the items that you are missing for him as well.

I agree with enaud Big Guy , Snow Troopers are pretty easy to come by and they take VERY little work to become great figures . Casting or fabricating the missing bits would take a lot of time and effort , which could be better used utilizing the parts you DO have into a Cold Weather Scout or Galactic Marine or whatever . My advice is :
Get a whole Hasbro Trooper
Replace the body
Replace the gauntlets
Replace the weapon with either a SS E.11 or MG 34
Replace the elastic on the armour
Add a bit of weathering ( or not )
And voila ! Bob's yer Dad's brother !

Cheer`s guys and Thundergod that one looks fantastic. Yea I figured a Snow Biker Scout would require a fair bit from the Hoth Snowtrooper.

Oh the positive side I got today a few more parts for the Snowtrooper and now only missing the groin/belt piece.
So I may fashion one from plasticard or maybe a spare Fett groin piece with a Stormtrooper belt maybe? I do plan on a better figure and hands, and also head.

The groin part should be pretty straightforward to fabricate and the belt is a simple design so it shouldn't be too much of an ordeal ! Give me a day or two and I'll post pics of the groin piece ( mine is currently in storage ) or alternatively , I'm sure another member could help you out . Good luck :wink1:

Love me a Snowy-Trooper ! ( Which reminds me , wasn't someone on the boards putting together a big tripod mounted blaster - doo-dah ?)
