G word....hmmmm. I dunno..still a lot of haterade for the face. Glad I ordered 2!!!

I almost got a 3rd, but two will do nicely.

Lights trump the face on this one. I'm willing to bet that most people won't be complaining now.

light up feature is great though i rarely ever use my lights on any of my pieces. either way glad we got this surprise but i mainly bought this for the Mistress Death figure.

Confirmed and verified...I was the one who asked the question. I asked about a Thanos PF 1/4 and got a reply of a Marvel light up Thanos. I asked again if it was for the dio and he said "Diorama so hopefully you already preoredered"

When this first came out I hated the face and didn't order anything especially since it didn't have the light-up feature in which I was so sure Sideshow was going to do. After a few weeks I reconsidered based on the size of the sculpt and the fact that Mistress Death was also included thinking that it was enough to make up for the lack of a light-up gauntlet. I was able to order the regular and was got on the wait list for the the exclusive. The other day I recieved an email from Sideshow converting my wait list to a order for the exclusive. I canceled the regular but I am still on the fence for the exclusive and I had planned on canceling the order altogether until I read this news. If this is true and Sideshow does add a light-up feature this will be great news but the face is still killing me. Since Sideshow is, shockingly, listening to the fan base perhaps there is hope for a face change as well. If these two things happen I will consider this diorama as one of Sideshows greatest sculpts along with the 1st X-men diorama exclusive of Cyclops and Colossus.

I also think that if Sideshow does add the light-up feature it should apply to the exclusive only otherwise why have it labelled as such. Either way if the lights are added and the face is changed I'll keep my order otherwise I'll cancel and won't regret it. I hope this can be confirmed via pictures and statements from Sideshow and this is not some rumor, time will tell.

Well Said! I rather have the face tweaked instead of having Light-up Infinity Gauntlet. The face really kills this statue for me.

along with spidey vs hulk, wolvie vs sabes and cap vs skull are among ssc best dio pieces also.

Yeah, Hulk vs Spidey is a great dio especially with the light-up traffic light. However Spidey & Hulk doesn't have a jacked face like Thanos. I think the Thanos from Bowen set the bar high so Sideshow has to bring their "A" game to the table, otherwise they will forever be known as he jacked up face Thanos. I still wish this was a 1/4 scale PF or Comiquette rather than a diorama but I'll take what I can get.
