This kit looks like fun to build ... it's like building a gundam lol
Totally in love with the bicep innovation!!

Articulation looks better than those Bandai DBZ Hybrid action figures.

Why can't they just release this as a figure? I'm too lazy to build a kit at the moment. I might as well just pick up a Medicom Goku.

Finally built this guy. haven't gotten around to decals or paints but he is awesome. Sorry for the harsh lighting -

That figure is AWESOME! What's it called? I need to find one of these. With they'd make a Future Trunks one of this. He's my favorite character. How about a SS3 Goku? Is this the only figure?

I'd buy Vegeta in any scale. Unfortunately it seems like every line stalls before Vegeta lately. Though I think the Figuarts line has already shown theirs (6" scale).

Yeah I really like the way Bandai's Figuarts DBZ line is turning out. The scale is smaller than the 1/8 model kits, but I think the Figuarts look better. I have the SS Son Goku, and I really like it.

Here's the pic of the Figuarts Vegeta in-progress (with Gohan too):

And this is the Figuarts Goku and Piccolo (not my photo):

That is a very impressive Vegeta. I might have to pick him up. He was always my favorite character.

IMO, the Figuarts are the best DBZ figures to date and I actually can't imagine anything better. Here's a group shot from my MWCToys review of EB Goku: Figuarts SS Goku, Enterbay Goku, and the 1/8 kit. Then Figuarts Goku and the Namek.

Wow, you are definitely right. I don't really like the shininess of the 1/8model. The figure arts Goku looks a lot more detailed and looks like he jumped right out of the cartoon. You've helped me make my decision on what series to collect and, extra bonus, because I already know they're going to make Vegeta.

Cool. :D

The Figuarts also come with lots of interchangeable hands and other parts (Goku has 2 facial expressions, Pic comes with a sculpted pair of folded arms for his signature pose).

Downside of course is the price which will likely run you between $40 and $50 shipped in the USA. Hefty for a 6" figure but IMO totally worth it for the quality if you are a big enough fan.

I buy mine locally at a place called Image Anime (they have an online store as well) but you may be able to get them cheaper from Bigbadtoystore.

EDIT: Also, be aware that the Figuarts do not come with display stands but they are sold seperately in a customizable 3 pack - https://www.imageanime.com/stacsutyact3.html

I'm going to a new comic con in Chicago called C2E2 in a couple of weeks, so I'll probably see if I can pick them up there.

Am I correct in thinking that they've only released SS Goku and Piccolo in this series so far?
