Yes on the cult films and classic. No, gracias, on the sports heroes. And perhaps I'm suffering from a scorching case of board rookie blues, but methinks sports figures border on baseball cards. Indulge me, if you will, as I opine here... There is a fine line between collector and true collector. I personally don't want to be lumped in with the booger machines and ankle biters trying to get their boogerhooks into the latest 12-inch LeBron James figure that will be torn from the box like a roll of toilet paper and mishandled in ways that give me a full body shiver.

I would also love to see some 1/6 figures based on game characters:

Metroid Prime: A Samus figure with a variety of armor upgrade assessories

Resident Evil 4: Leon Kennedy and Ada Wong for sure (with massive weapons assessories, of course). Both figures would have two sets of outfits - normal and special. Ada would have the China dress as the special hehe)

Quake 3: Figures of any of the game characters from this game would be hot hot hot.

Although - the only drawback is that the victim figures don't technically need to be poseable.
