My rep is also very low apparently for trashtalking but 99% of the time I don't say a word so I think its simply sore losers trying to get back at me and I'm sure this happens to alot of people.
I would be p^%$ed off if my account got banned over something like that.

Yes it WILL and there is no talking to MS about it from what I've heard. They are pretty strict when it comes to the complaints. That's why I stick with the Brotherhood and that's about it.

I was banned this week. Then three days later MS charges me for a renewed xbox live subscription. Oh, the irony.

I really do not care about being banned, as I do not game much online. But it seems even my silver account is banned. No more demos for me.
