I really like the detail of the costume itself, especially the belt and gloves, but the eyebrows would have to go. Other than that I think it looks pretty cool. If I didn't already own the Sideshow reg. and ex. I would look at this one. I still might if it is actually produced.

I don't like it. I don't think Cap looks that big in the Ultimate comics, and I don't remember seeing his eyebrows either... The detail in the costume is really cool though.
