Because you’re posting photos that show a figure in a bad light, trashing it, then expecting people to photograph your InArt Joker in perfectly flattering light, perfectly futzed, to be able to admire it properly. The hypocrisy in you is astounding. I’ve previously posted an unflattering photo of the InArt Joker and that’s what you told me, but yet here you are doing just that with JND. We don’t have these in hand yet so we can’t show these in the perfect conditions you want your InArt to be shown in.

Vs. how JND themselves are displaying it at their own event?

Go JNDize yourself.

How many times has InArt made their figures look bad at an event? Neither of these companies are God, they make mistakes. The clown has spoken. The Reeve Superman looked so bad that people are absolutely certain it will be completely scrapped and reworked from head to toe instead of saying one bad thing about it.

I’m interested and have been interested in the InArt Phoenix Joker, so I post about it, want updates on it, improvements. None of you were ever interested in anything JND was going to sell, so you’re solely here to trash a product without any form of positive help. You same people were doing the same thing in the Hot Toys Artisan Joker thread, how many of you had any interest in buying that one?

But Nick, why are you getting so worked up over a photo? Maybe take some of your own advice for a change?

So I posted a photo that was taken by JNDs own team and your knee jerk reaction is to blatantly post an unflattering pic of InArt’s Joker? Like…why so serious? Do you own stock in JND or something? Do you have family members within the company?

Once again:

Yeah…nothing sus about your biases. Like at all. Oh btw, remember over at JND’s Bruce Wayne thread you said you’ll wait for InArt’s version of TDK Batman before making any decisions?

…..

….

Oh wait, you never said that. What you DID say over at INARTS JOKER THREAD: “I’ll wait for JND’s INEVITABLE JOAQUIN JOKER”.

Your bias is showing. Own up to it.

BTW…I don’t have to intentionally post unflattering pics to illustrate how underwhelming JNDs Joker is when their own professionally taken photos took care of that job itself.

Once more…try again.

We know you don’t like InArt and Viper. stop being passive aggressive with your posts and own up to it.

Stop making me call you out on YOUR HYPOCRISY ok Nick?

Ahh, in that case, Nick, please sort out your Joker’s face.
I know you think it’s funny to sneak an accurate replication of the texture of your scrote onto our shelves in silicon form and charge us statue prices for the pleasure - and I’m even ok with that- ball bag banter for the win!
But at least tone the duckface lips and forlorn lover eyes down a smidge.

Ahh so you must have missed my posts about -

If InArt is willing to do all of these little upgrades that are missing on the Phoenix Joker, I’ll gladly pick up a version?

I guess so.

Hmm let’s see… what about when I said the JND batsuit being 3D printed was lazy and needed to be scrapped to further innovate? Or the Wayne suit being the wrong color and missing the accurate pinstripes? No?

That too?

Listen, you tried to flex about purchasing two sets of the InArt Phoenix 4 pack. Your bias has shown long enough. Wait till this figure is in hand before you pass judgement. I waited till the InArt Ledger rooted two pack was in my hand, and when it was, nope this isn’t good enough for me.

My judgement on the InArt Phoenix is partly due to InArt bagging up custom tailors to do their work for them, remember? That was SUCH an issue for you when Hot Toys did that with Ambrosials Ledger sculpt for their new Joker, HT can’t sculpt Ledger to save their lives so they had to buy it!!
but because InArt does that **** it’s ok.

Does the superior HT sculpt on your precious InArt body piss you off? How old are you guys to be acting like this? It’s worse than FB comments.

If you want people to not drag your InArt figure, I expect you do the same for HT & JND. Again, somehow I’m biased but have purchased all three, and possibly will be purchasing IA Phoenix, doesn’t that make my thoughts more accurate to yours? You’ve only bought the InArt Ledger, so anything you see of the other two won’t be a personal eyes on approach but a biased one?

Show me the post when you said you’ll wait for for InArt’s Batman…I’ll wait…

You can’t, because it doesn’t exist. Do you want me to find the post where you said you’ll wait for JND’s Joaquin? You and I know it exists, so I’ll leave that part up to you.

BIASED.

It’s funny you think I purchased 2 sets of the premium, because I explicitly said 2 sets of the Deluxe, followed by a question towards Kit how sales of Joaquin were doing.

It’s funnier you think of THAT as me “flexing”-which honestly speaks more about you and how you view this hobby.

And that last part is supposed to be some kind of “gotcha” moment? Or im double standard-ing InArt and HT??

One company (HT) has been doing this for 20 years, is considered “THE KING” of 1/6 scale, 5 attempts at a sculpt, 3 of them complete failures, cant beat a newcomer’s FIRST TRY and rather than double down their efforts to ‘beat’ the rookie decides to outsource one of the MAIN THINGS THAT PUT SAID COMPANY AT THE TOP just to KEEP UP, then copies the newcomer and releases their own elaborate video WITH SOMEONE FROM THE HK MOVIE INDUSTRY OMGJSIVJWJRKF!!!!…yeah, it’s embarrassing.

the newcomer, 1st try and gave us a stellar figure that lived up to the proto, sculpted IN-HOUSE, and outsourced-what I consider-the second important thing for a figure-the outfit…that’s called thinking smart and working smarter, not harder. HT should’ve been doing that from the beginning with their abysmal DX11 and QS.

The kind of reception JND’s reveals have been receiving here have been pretty tame for the most part.

MOST of the extreme complaints or ‘angry concerns’ were directed at the price point. Portraits and likeness have received their fair share of positive and negative comments. But most of the critiques were constructive with maybe a few extreme POVs thrown in. If THAT was enough to get you all riled up…dude, take a step back. You’re legit taking almost any kind of critique towards JND very personally…

And that’s why I’m pointing out your biased nature, as much as you claim the opposite.

Who did I call out for their disapproval of a 3D printed batsuit? No one, because no one wanted that.

Oh it’s “smart” and “thinking ahead” because my favorite company did it and their competitors can kick rocks!!

I don’t care which packs you purchased, buying twice, who cares, all fine, to post about it after hearing the sales on it weren’t great? You’re being a “pick me”.

I hate InArt somehow but you must have obviously missed my conversation with Holo about trying to order one of the Phoenix sets through Spec, not only that but telling him I’d hurry and seal the deal just incase the tax add on was an error. Shouldn’t I be telling him don’t buy that garbage? Only pick apart things that suit your design, fitting.

We’re talking about the sculpt, which is one and the same, not the hair and paintwork, please keep up. People will buy that sculpt to have painted by Black or Yuan to match it’s predecessor but still have moveable eyes.
It’s not the same. Hot Toys’ manufacturing process will see to that when it’s inevitably botched.

A copy of a copy of a copy isn’t the same as the original sculpt, especially when Hot Toys guts it so it can fit a removable panel in the head, plastic eye balls and removable tongue. :lol Kind of insulting to the original sculptor’s piece to say that Hot Toys’ mass produced recreation is the same as theirs. For someone that knows all these artists by name like you do, that’s not very respectful!

Go to bed Nick, you’re clearly tired.

Dude…seriously, take a break. This is affecting you more than it should. YOU’RE the one that keeps conjuring up this imaginary slugfest between InArt and JND. Ever consider that other posters may perhaps be…I dunno, trolling you or having a bit of fun with their posts due to how you’re reacting?

This isn’t that serious.

I don’t care if people drag InArts Joker or Gandalf or whoever else they produce. At least do it in a genuine way without resorting to a curated set of UGLY AF pics to ‘prove’ a point….sound familiar?

I won’t be purchasing HT’s Joker because it doesn’t offer anything substantial. I already own a far superior figure that gives me way more for my money.

….does that upset you? That I can’t see what you see in HT version?

I also won’t be getting JND’s Joker because I don’t see the value. Tech is great, but portrait is the weakest between the 3 official Jokers. Not to mention the suspiciously small head/face…oh and the ridiculous price.

…did that upset you as well? That I am happy and content and find InArt’s Joker the better figure and better value?

If you find comments such as “JND/kojun, whatever these reveals are…they ain’t it. You gotta fix these-“ or “JND’s Joker looks like Brittany Murphy” as dragging JND…dude…step away from the device you’re using…maybe play a game or two or watch a video or two…reassess what’s important in life and come back with a renewed mind. Trust me, you’ll feel a lot better. Because bro…

You are taking this WAY too seriously and personally. I don’t like bad faith arguments, I don’t like your veiled biased nature, but I respect you as a fellow collector and human being. Sincerely, take a break.
