I'm interested in getting one when I have a few funds available and not only getting it done in Red/Gold but the Red/Gold faux bronzing like Bowen has done....I could care less about the lights issue but I'm sure that will cost a mint.

All the repaints look cool... maybe I need to get one and repaint it in Tampa Bay pewter and red... he's got the football pose all ready :)

I'll tell you what that faux bronzing is a ^^^^^, I am doing a Vision, and have put it aside for the last 2 months or so. I do have a hard hero hulk and Namor that was done for me by Bowens paintmaster. Its close but not quite right yet

It looks it definitely.....which is why any customizer would probably charge up the ass for it.

it would be about the same as these repaints but I think I am just about the only other to try it Than the originator of this paint job to try it.

Jesus!
Such great work & results.
I would love to have just one SIM but I have a feeling that if I did I would get "the bug" * want another 2 to 3 more to do various repaints....especially after viewing this thread.

Many people do not realize this, but black is NOT the most stealthy color at night. It's blue. A blue plane against a dark blue night sky is much harder to see than a black plane. The only reason why the stealth fighter and bomber are black is because the pilots like it better that way, because it makes it look more ominous and deadly, basically, but it does make the planes easier to see. When the sky gets darker, so does everything else in it, like planes, however, a black object stands out a bit against a midnight blue sky.
