While it's looking better than it did I'm ready to see detailed pics of everything. That'll reveal a lot about the figure. Like his tiny neck. Is the head just not on well or what?

From what I saw on that screen cap off of instagram, his head looks big compared to his body. Could be the angle though. I guess we will find out soon enough

It's exactly what they should do at the very least. So for some of us who haven't paid the invoice, and they haven't shipped those orders out yet, they should switch them out, and send us the haired version with our figure.

Also I will be keeping the Lux order it seems but I'll probably put some work into mine also.

I'm a bit annoyed they botched the reveal but I'm glad they've actually address it with pics.

If mine arrives with no hair I'm glad they've said they're replace it.

Precisely. Asmus can't continue to pump out low-grade products with a price tag premium greater than most HT figures. Hope they'll invest more into their production facilities, increase the overall quality of figures/accessories produced and improve their quality control. Not increase the production volume but work with what they currently have.

Feels like they're getting over their head with current production. Fewer figures with better quality might be better than pumping out many mid to low grade figures at a premium price. Third party companies manages to pump out figures with better results.

Looked into their store to see how much they currently offer for pre-order. Only 20 articles, some being deluxe/standard releases, so they don't have that many things in the pipe. They should be able to do a better all-around work with these figures IMO, considering the >$300 price tag of some of their recent releases.

Mine too, some one in one of my groups on Facebook also asked Asmus about Henrietta's hair and they assured him that it will have hair. I think we may have jumped the gun abit, but to be fair they are at fault because of how poorly the release has been handled. Although while I'm excited I'd still like to see the rest of the luxury

1. Yes, the spelling is wrong. No excuse, just plain silly, stupid, careless mistake. we are very very sorry about this.
2. Hair problem seems to be happening to a small portion, we are now re-check all unsent copies to make sure the rest are good.
3. If anyone got a hairless Henrietta, plz just email us at [email protected], we will replace you a brand new Henrietta. And you can keep the bald one too.

Yeah it would be nice to see some other unboxings etc. Not sure if that Henrietta in particular just didn't have hair or just a batch or if they all are bald. Who knows. I know there are a lot of Amsus haters out there too, so could easily be a troll trying to cause a ruckus by removing the hair. Again, who knows.

I’ve got a couple Asmus figures, they can do some nice work, but the QC issues they have been lacking in lately have been very bad. They cut many corners and it’s very unprofessional.

Can we get good quality shots of the whole Luxury set showcasing everything this set promised? I think that would help calm a lot of people's nerves so they can see what the final product looks like. Unprofessional unboxing pics never ever do justice. Glad to see that you are addressing the Henrietta.
