I dont understand the the way the 100% off code works, sometimes they give the code sometimes they give us the code which we have to unscramble. That part I understand.

But where do I put the code in? For example, if the Negative Spidey suit is the winning item, do I fill in the code after I added the item to my cart? Or do I search for a random space anywhere on the website to fill the code in and it redirects me to the Negative Spidey?

I do use it and it usually works. I made the mistake of updating my IOS and It turns out that was the problem.

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Tapatalk? It works for me on iPad on latest iPadOS 14.1 firmware.

In the past they?ve made the Facebook groups secret during the events so that only people who were in the group would have access to the deals and giveaways, my assumption is they?re doing that with this group too.
