What’s up with the Deadpool figures? Marvel has literally hundreds of other mutants to choose from.

After years of Deadpool figures going for crazy money on eBay, they realized people actually wanted to buy Deadpool figures so they made him more plentiful than Spider-Man to cash in on that. Now people are sick of Deadpool figures :lol

I want Strong Guy...[emoji53] I only want Warpath, Sunspot, and Maverick from this series though... I guess I might hold out hope for a single rerelease. Or should I buy the other four and part them out?

I’ve usually had better luck picking up for the full wave of figures and selling the unwanted figures to build the BAF than buying the parts for a reasonable price. Most parts tend to go at least $15+ for the less popular figures and you can always get at least $10+ for those. I really only want Pirate Deapoool and Jeff the Landshark, so if you end up wanting to get rid of those two figures, let me know.

Your message box is full, but I?m going to go ahead and preorder the whole wave. I?ll happily send those to you, if you?re still interested when they release.

I''m not a huge fan of the wave tbh lots of duds. I'll just buy the best figures of the set and wait for the others to go on sale.

I don't mean to troll, but i just can't stand deadpool, refreshing to see that i'm not alone. The whole shtick irks me and there's just, so, much of him. It's great we've got another banner for hasbro to release x-characters under, though.

In the past I have always just bought the figures I like and chased the BAF parts after the fact. I agree it sucks. This time I am going to bite the bullet and just get the whole wave, the sell off the 4 figures I don't want. See how that works out. StrongGuy is the #1 figure from the wave I want with Warpath #2. Maverick and Sunspot I don't mind. The rest will be on ebay within a half hour of receipt loose and without BAF part.

Not sure where to post but I'm really feeling collector fatigue right now on Marvel Legends.

I collect them based on themes and they are definitely fun to play with. But having too many of them makes them seem like a clutter.

I've only collect the Guardians of the Galaxy characters, just sold my MCU Guardians set as I find them miserable. It's hard to scale down movie version of the characters and it doesn't look great.

Now the comic version of them are just sitting in the shelves, and most of them are not very well made.

Maybe there weren't anymore characters from the Guardians comic that were being released recently that made me feel fatigue.

Or I'm just having a mid life crisis on Marvel Legends :lol

A fair assessment but the truth is clutter can happen with any scale.

I?ve seen plenty of HT clutter displays.

Sometimes less is more but especially with ML and BS.

When it comes to collecting action figures of all scales and quality I always follow the number one rule.

You can?t own everything!

I think the clutter made me feel miserable that I have so much that it feels like I'm buying for the sake of buying. And the reason is for completion purpose.

I've been selling and narrowing down my collection to those that I will be appreciative of that are made with care and of high quality, Hot Toys is one of an example.

You can?t own everything!

This is true and it's one aspect I hate about being a collector.

I?m still waiting on that bad ass Storm with pin free tech to pop up for PO.

I?m 90% certain she will be a target exclusive.

Oooh, didn't realize this was going to be pin-less. I think it'll elevate the product, but i fear how it's going to affect custom building, like body parts being easily swappable or the ability to "heat and pop". The ability to make a lot of unmade characters or not-as-iconic costumes for existing figures has kept me collecting.

Your problem is your choice of characters. The Marvel movies, in general, are overrated and the GOTG characters were visually boring af. I shake my head when I see a glass case filled with thousands of dollars worth of Hoy Toys Marvel movie characters. Many of these movies were all hype. They were good for a first-time viewing but who is going to watch this stuff over and over? Stick with the comic book characters with their classic Kirby, Ditko, Romita designs that have lasted several decades. Marvel movies come and go. Who has watched Spider-Man 3 in the last 10 years? How about Iron Man 3 in the last six years? Ben Kingsley Mandarin, my ass.

I guess you speak for everyone. Is that a correct assessment?

This seems, is, painfully true. There's multitudes upon multitudes of great action figures out there, so we must choose what we ultimately want. It'd be a dream to have all the figures one could want, but alas, even so, if that were possible, where would you put them? lol
