Okay, I just wanted an Evil Chucky from Part 2. Is that too much to ask? :gah:

I just got my good guy. It looks better in person than I thought it would. My logo isn't perfect is a kinda low that sucks but the hair looks ok

I will post soon but it looks same as others lol but yeah i was expecting it to look better in real life, which it does, i had my doubts and everything but once i saw it in person, it does look good and i don't feel like spending any more money on this anyway, ill keep him in my ikea detolf that i bought for good guy stuff lol

this toy may not be as nice as the hand made ones, but for an average person in real life, it probably looks amazing to them who are not chucky fans, so that's good enough for me

Seed he looks crap. And it is bride i spoke on fb private messages to one of the workers at tots i think his the manager or owner. They are doing both Chuky and Tiffany. I will be buying them both locally this time.

interested to see how they will pull it off, they were lucky to have the screen used mold on this one and the target was pretty easy: produce a kids doll. producing scared or evil will not be as easy and seeing their other products (such as gremlins) they are not at the same league of our normal collectable companies such Sideshow .

Loving the shots everyone! Been having a great time reading the love about the chance to finally have a legit Good guy doll!

I'm also posting in hopes that if anyone is selling or knows of someone or someplace selling a doll with a centered logo. I know they exist as I've definitely saw a few on IG. I know its a long shot on here but I'd figure I'd mention it. I'm on the mad hunt!

Lastly, since this is probably the best group of Chucky love I've seen in awhile I wanted to share my completed Lakeshore Strangler Project aka 1/6 Childs Play!

I don't really care about the logo anymore. I don't feel like spending any more money. Problem with this hobby is you get in a competition to beat or reach others and with yourself, trying to obtain as close to perfection as possible, that's cool but it also drains your wallet and I'm not rich

Sometimes you just gotta say, well this is good enough i can live with this, no need to chase perfection

Can you please share these pics? I have yet to see ANY ToT Chucky with the logo correctly centered.

I was thinking, have you seen the original good guy doll that someone here or facebook group I think posted that is at Hard Rock Cafe, the skin is very dark, it changed color and what if the original, or the stunt models were made of resin and that is the reason why it changed color?

This means that is the future for resin dolls like Garret Zima and others

Resin does yellow regardless of what you do

Zima claims that he puts a "basecoat" and it will never yellow. I don't buy that. Resin will always yellow. You think resin dolls are not basecoated with paint? They all are. Otherwise, they would have no color. It will probably not yellow in 3 or 4 years, which is the longest people have owned Zima's dolls

but if you look at other resin dolls, they all yellow and the original stunt with dark skin at Hard Rock cafe is proof of that

Why zima uses resin? Its cheaper and he is only making a few. To make vinyl dolls, you need to buy expensive metal molds, this is no problem for companies that will produce thousands like tots.

Resin will probably make it look better, but I would be so afraid to drop that sucka especially after having spent $2000-2500 and you have a big head, made of a material that is fragile

Same for Karla Peralta dolls, is also resin

The only hand made creator that uses vinyl as far as I know, is sfxstudios and that makes it the superior doll, as it has the look of Zima's movie accurate head, but without the fragility of resin.

It also has a cabbage type of body, which makes it more flexible and sturdier than foam body, which is inferior and it can break, disintegrate, rot. Why Zima and Peralta use foam? Cheaper. Same for tots, of course.

for the $2500 theshape6 spent on his doll, he could've bought the sfxstudio probably for same price or even less that that and have a superior doll in head and body, that will last him a lifetime, instead, he now has to be extremely carefully with that resin head and wonder when it will turn yellow

Not to mention, Zima's decision to cut a hole in the doll for a $12 sound box is a bad one. This is polyfoam which is the cheapest foam ever. Cutting a hole, which is an huge cut that can expand overtime is not a good idea.

Rufian you just posted previously that you are happy with the doll etc etc etc and now you are back to your antics again.:rotfl
