You wont break them, when you're sanding, don't force it too much, let the sanding stick/paper do the work. Or just paint over them if you'd rather.

thank you very much for your answer guys!! I will think on it and if I do it, I will post here the results. Last question: how long does it take until the paint is fixed on the teeth (with an airbrush)? If I do it, I will protect of course the bust, I just want to know, when it will be fine to take off this protection:) thanks again!

It depends on which paint you use, many metallics dry quickly if you've applied thin coats. But it wouldn't hurt to cover it and leave it for 24hrs+ before removing the masking. Best of luck, you can''t really go wrong given how bad the production teeth were.

Yep I’ve had it saved on eBay searches for a while there’s one out there that I’m trying to work a deal on but the teeth have been modified by the owner and it doesn’t look great in my opinion. Might still get it because it is a good price but hoping to find one untouched

If you can get it cheaper and redo the teeth yourself I would go for it. It wouldn't take much to at least get them back to stock looking.

I would love to but the seller isn’t really wanting to come down to where it’s worth the trouble. I had a member contact me for an original paint job so looking forward to seeing g where this goes

This thread is a blast from the past. Have you got pictures of this modded bust? The teeth on these were awful to begin with anyway.

This thread is a blast from the past.

Oh my, yes. This bust was a hot topic around the time I joined here and started collecting. I'm gearing up to possibly sell my Warrior LSB, too, so I'm kinda tickled there's talk here (lost all interest in the mythos bust almost immediately).

It impressed me the first time I saw it! I bought it but I finally sold it and buy the coolprops one:).

Big issue the teeth but in hand and looking it from the side, this bust is a very decent piece for me.

In all honesty is the bust worth it? Does is look better in hand?

It has plenty of issues, but as mentioned above, the trick is finding a good example of it as the production pieces varied wildly in quality and condition. If you can find a good one however, it's actually a nice bust My above picture with it alongside the beautiful cool props head may do it a disservice in terms of highlighting its inaccuracies, but I like it regardless....
