Do you mean just on horse? Or everything part of the rider series?

Eowyn and Merry did not have a rider statue.

i guess both as long as they are from SS. Didnt know there is a rider series. Are there any others? from the good guys side
 
Yeah, the rider series of good guys is the ones you listed and Sam/Bill for good guy characters. Then the bad guys have the two Frodo listed plus you could always toss in the Morgul Lord and Fell Beast since he is riding it.
