Why are Batman and the Joker different prices?

Market demand?

Agentofchaos - Both Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson are receiving royalty fees on these figures, in addition to the normal licensing fees paid to Warner Bros, DC, etc. That means that everyone from Hot Toys to Sideshow to retailers like us are making less than usual.

cplhicks - not sure why the two figures are different prices, but it could be because of the extra coat and accessories that the Joker comes with. The SRP is set by Hot Toys/Sideshow.
