I remember someone saying there are likeness issues that preclude many Pacino figures from being made. Not sure how Scarface is an exception, but maybe that was part of his contract.

There has been a ton of threads like this many with polls. It won;t matter Pacino will never allow his likeness to be used. Many have tried to go down that road in the past. Maybe after he is gone.

As for now, we're probably not gonna get much from Pacino outside of Scarface. There are some customs around if you search for them.
