I recognised his foul stench the moment it was posted on the board ! Very nice skin coloration - someone is going to be extremely happy with this.
 
That is, without a doubt, an incredible paint job. And it must be a pretty damned good sculpt as well. How about some background on the piece. Who did the sculpt? Who did the paint (you, I presume)? What scale is it?

Excellent paint job -top notch skills! The sculpt is great too. I'm really surprised that Sideshow hasn't put out this figure yet. He's still a major on my wishlist.

Are you going to kitbash the rest of the figure also? I think you could do it easily with a Sideshow Admiral Piett body.
 
It kinda looks like it could be a cast of the Gentle Giant mini must, but I'm not positive.
