Wow, how embarrassing does the P1 look in this shot?

Anyway, it looks good. Shouldn't his noggin be a wee bit bigger?

This will be mine. He was pretty awesome in the film. Now I wish I had bought a classic pred when I had the chance, so I could recreate the battle.

Oh, boy, Hot Toys, what are ya doing to me?!? So many cool figs all at once!

Whimper...

uh shouldn't this guy be at least 15 inches to be "realistic and accurate 1/6 scale"?

Wait, I see he's not out until 4th Quarter... I've still got time to sell the OTHER kidney to pay for all this!

I don't remember him being that much bigger in the movie.

I recall the Berserker being much bigger than the classic pred, but the classic was too small in this film. He towered over Arnold in the first film, but was only about a foot taller that Brody in this. Actually, the Hot Toys classic Pred would be perfect scale for the one in Predators.

Wow....I can't wait for this. It looks brilliant. Will definitely buy the other 2 if/when released.
I know these 'wolf' Preds were bigger than the normal ones but were they really that much bigger?

Depends. For KPH (P1/P2/Elder) and Ian Whyte (Scar/Chopper/Celtic/Wolf) 15 inches would be accurate. That would be equal to 7'5". KPH was 7'2" without the costume. Whyte is 7'1" without the costume.

These new preds though.. in reality they're actually pretty short. The tallest actor in Predators is 6'7".

So if these new preds are supposed to be bigger than the Stan Winston preds (which should be 15" to be accurate) then these should be like 16 or 17 inches tall. And even if you use the current HT scale of 14" then these should still be like 15 or 16 inches tall. :lol

Articulation looks pretty limited.

I was surprised no one said anything about that TBH. Maybe no one has noticed yet but it doesn't look like there's any ankle articulation. Because the "boots" look like a single, solid piece.

wow what an incredible piece, the paint, sculpt and articulation are all great.

Yeah I was just about to mention that. Unless the boots are a soft silicon or rubber material like the boots on HT's Goemon or Batman figures, ankle articulation is pretty much non-existent. That's more a fault of the design than HT's doing though.

This might be the deepest stance you'll get this figure in, and even in this pose, his feet aren't even flat on the ground.
