Hot Toys is proud to present the 1/6th scale Prince Dastan Collectible Figure from the Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time movie. The highly detailed Prince Dastan collectible is specially crafted based on the image of Jake Gyllenhaal in the movie, highlighting the newly sculpted head, multi-layered stereoscopic hair sculpture, muscular body, detailed weapons and two styles of costume.


The 1/6th scale Prince Dastan Collectible Figure specially features:

- Newly sculpted head with authentic likeness of Jake Gyllenhaal as Prince Dastan in the movie Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
- Approximately 30 cm tall
- Over 30 points of articulations
- Multi-layered stereoscopic hair sculpture
- Movie-accurate facial expression with detailed wrinkles, skin texture and moustache
- Muscular upper body
- Three (3) pairs of interchangeable palms:
n One (1) pair of relaxed palms
n One (1) pair for holding swords
n Two (2) extra gloved left palms, including one (1) relaxed palm and one (1) for holding sword
- Each piece of head sculpt is specially hand-painted

Costume:
- One (1) pair of brown-color pants suitable for both styles of costume
- One (1) leather-like brown-color patterned armor vest with highly detailed accessories and two (2) sword sheaths at the back

The outfit is breath-taking WOW, the HS needs to be taughter/thinner in my opinion.

Just not feeling the WOW factor overall.

Not bad. Sculpt doesn't look drunk enough though.

Judging the entire package, it's a great figure. Almost everything about is exceptional. The head sculpt is almost there. But there's something about it that isn't right. Something that makes you go "yeah, that's Jake" is missing on the sculpt. Don't know what it is.

Still better than Sideshow's PF by several orders of magnitude though.

Yeah I think the PF has a better likeness. Jake's mouth kind of curves up when neutral, the sculpt is missing that

No I think it's the eyes that's throwing the look off. And I think the Sideshow sculpt is too exaggerated. Makes him look older than he should be. Almost looks(imo) like Pierce Brosnan to me.

likeness if off =( such a disspointment but i have a feeling by the time its released theyll redo the hs like they did with blade. At least i really hope so! Hate the facial expression, he looks bored.

Why does he have an anvil neck?. lol!

It's so close. I think it's the eyes. Kojun's Mech Test Tony Stark sculpt had the same problem. The eyes weren't right.

Looks alright, mouth and eyes are off though.

Also I don't think the beard is full enough.

With the size of his eyes... It could have been easily adapted with PERS...

I think the overall figure looks pretty good! The face isn't exactly Gyllenhaal, though.
I didn't really had any interest in this figure to begin with and for once I'm happy the specs and pics didn't make me thinking about getting it, cause there are a lot of other figs that I want
