I like his movies....Saving Silverman is dope!

He's kinda funny ............. just not so much as of late.

He's funny when he does his real ish. When he does watered down Hollywood BS then he sucks.

Jack Black is best as a supporting character... almost every movie he's t he lead in sucks. I'll likely give this a rental, but no rush to see it.

He was good in High Fidelity and Bob Roberts--supporting roles.

I Liked the tv movie they did for this!, this is a modern comedy tho, that tv movie Gullivers traVels was bada$$

Agreed. He's great in the "funny fat friend" role.

Looks lame.

He was funny in Tropic Thunder too.

I liked him in School of Rock, King Kong, Be Kind Rewind and Nacho Libre..
But he isn't always good...

Yep, supporting role... not the lead.

Although, the movie does look pretty fun. Just have that feeling that it will be Jack Black overload which ultimately fails.

I think the reason Nacho Libre is good (at least I liked it) is that he's not really playing Jack Black in that one.
