Does the Indy include everything including the box?

No box. It was a cheap looking Mattel window box, so I tossed it.
The figure, all his goodies, and his sound box are present and in tip top condition. If you're worried about shipping damage, he'll be very carefully wrapped in bubble wrap for the journey. Just look at my feedback. I wrap the items I sell to the standard I expect the items I buy to be wrapped at.
