Keep in mind there will be a lot of stuff that they can't talk about and no amount of badgering will change that. So no badgering!

They can't officially accept any suggestions for new lines or items, so please keep discussion of what new licenses we would like to see in the appropriate other forum.

Also customer service questions should still go through the regular channels. If the toll free number listed on the site is not working this is their office number, 805-418-1940, leave a message and someone from customer service will call back.

Thanks to all of them for agreeing to do this, let's not make them regret it!
