Wanted: Captain Scarlet, Max Steel & more!!

Hello!!
I am on another colector's quest. I seek Region 1 or Region free DVD versions of the "New Captain Scarlet" CGI series, Max Steel - I heard the series continued overseas after being stopped here in the States, Space Precinct Region 1 or Region free.
I am also still looking for loose/complete 12" versions of the Vivid Imaginations Captain Scarlet characters (1st version, non-talkers preferred) and Space Precinct Lt. Brogan, the "V' Visitor LJN figure, and, a loose WWF Federation Fighter 12" Hulk Hogan head.
