A little clarification on the body types. The standard otaku are the least articulate meant for really showy customs and kitbashes. The otaku 2.0 are the anime style figures and are slight in proportion but are more standard on articulation. The evo/eva are more articulate than the otaku but still have there limitaions due to leaning more toward looks. The alphas are more or less the standard in articulated figures leaning more toward articulation than look. The omega is really an in between figure. It's the sea international figure with triad wrists, ankles and necks and triad hands, feet and heads.

Which body would be best do you think for a slave Leia custom? Eva, Alpha or Otaku 2.0?

I would say EVA unless you want to do some breast augmentation on the Otaku, which has a smoother sculpt but also a massive rack.
I hope the EVO/EVAs go up for pre-order soon!

I dont think i'll pay $40 for a nude body like that ... besides we already have Soldier Story one to play with... it's basically the same... at a much lower cost!

Ah - didn't see that. Even better, then. Looks like a lot of variety on the way.
I don't know the full story, but I know there has been some shady business with the EVA molds. I'd rather support the company that put the work into developing the body even at a higher price.

Re: Triad Toys' New 1:6 Bodies...
I kinda wish that the Alpha had the elbow joints of the Eva or that the Eva had the torso cut under the breasts. Slave Leia's top will hide the torso cut on the Alpha so I'm thinking it's the best candidate. I can't tell too well, maybe the Otaku 2 has both the cut under the breasts and the ball socket elbow joint.
