and i'm pretty sure Rachael wasn't a cyborg, she's a replicant.

anyway, i can't think of any that haven't been made already.

Replicants are a tough call. On one hand; they don't even fit the recognized definition of the mechanical robot, on the other, they are constructed.

I think they fit more the definition of Cybernetic Organism than Robot.

A poll would be good once we have a list of characters.

Speaking of Chalmers, the S:AFZ references to make anything are really hard to find. If I hadn't been able to get access to the Merribeccan 3000, I wouldn't even know what that looked like.

I'd really like a Gally/Alita from GUNNM/Battle Angel. One of the few figures that if Medicom made I'd probably buy.

Aztech toys made her as part of their Silent Screamers line... it was a stylized 8" version and left much to be desired. I'd love to see a 1/6 version of her
