Elijah Wood Comments on Hobbit and Sequel

Interesting tidbit of info from Elijah Wood regarding the Hobbit and it's Sequel?

I would like Elijah Wood to play Frodo again - in the sequel between the hobbit and LOTR - but I don't want to have the same actors from LOTR playing other characters!!!

It'd be really nice they kept all the characters consistent in between the movies and all new characters that were not in the LOTR Trilogy be new actors.

If it fits then I'm cool with it otherwise whatever.

id like to see a cameo from gimli played by john rhys davies just so he has to wear that prosthetic which he vowed to never wear ever again.

Well, if Wood comes back then Astin better be back, too.

Maybe the LOTR hobbits can be converted to dwarves in The Hobbit. With all the face makeup, they would look unrecognizable. I recall Sala Baker (Sauron) played a couple of different characters in the LOTR trilogy.

haha... did anyone see the tbs commercial when they first aired FOTR... they called out sam and frodo's "friendship" and made it seem like the movie was a romantic dramady.
