Just because it doesn't appeal to you it doesn't mean its lame or stupid. I'm sure there are people out there who want it and think its neat. Sideshow saw a product that could possibly draw more people to their company so they are giving it a shot... nothing wrong with that.

And if you think SSC would "sell anything for a bit of cash" have you see what George Lucas has done... or KISS? The whole reason they are in business is to sell stuff.
