Eyes are too big. He looks horrible- like a villain. It's truly amazing Sideshow won't do anything with John Romita's classic Spider-Man design. Boggles the mind.
I would greatly prefer Romita Sr. eyes, too, but Spidey's eyes have been this big or even bigger for over three decades now.

Unfortunately for some, the bigger eyes are what a lot of collectors prefer as the popularity of the character exploded.
I don’t exactly dislike the look of silver age version, it’s just that I much prefer the larger lenses.

The big-eye Spidey market is so under-served.
It's great that they get thrown a bone like this once in a while [/s]
Most of this is classic enough to appeal to us old-timers. Had they only bothered to go with interchangeable eyes they could have served everyone.
