Default Re: Hot Toys - Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker - Rey & D-O

Looks good there, but his pics always tend to have some lens distortion going on and aren't that reliable.

Damn, even the photography on this is bad.

Poor photoshop work on the lightsabers. Looks like they used screengrabs from a bootleg copy of the film as a backdrop. Really curious why it all looks so sloppy.

Ha! That was my first impression, as well.

Looks like the TLJ head put on that old short TFA body.

HT's minimal effort tells you all you need to know.

It's the Hillary Swank mouth/jaw that ruins it. Daisy has a pretty round/soft face. Sure HT has a tendency to make their sculpts with sharper features but this is def over the top lol...

If you cover up everything under the eyes it looks more like daisy -_-..... they def need to adjust.
I'm probably in the minority, but I think the TFA sculpt still looks the most like Daisy/Rey... TLJ and especially TROS are too angular and sharp.

Hasbro uses face scans, HT does not.

So does Gentle Giant and I struggle to see a likeness in many of their products.
    What would Yoda do?
