    At my daughter's ballet class last week and the teacher asked the kids if they'd heard of Elvis. 9-year old kid pipes up and said, "He died on the toilet".

    I felt like saying, "Don't knock it little miss. Sitting on the crapper would have to be in my top ten places to spend my last moments.
