Definitely better than L3 & Rose, Ewoks is arguable (IMHO)
Unfortunately I have to go with Anakin.

I always found C-3PO obnoxious.
Yeah the poll having double the amount of Disney SW characters as it does PT characters really proves Prime Clone's unabashed love for the PT doesn't it, TPM in particular.
I voted Ewoks because not only were they annoying but they should have never been involved in taking out the freaking Death Star.
