I have the loose arm ball joint issue. Tried looking for a thread pertaining to this issue and came up with nothing. Does anyone know of any fix for this? It pops out with very minimal force.

Try putting a glob of elmers glue or blue tack on the ball joint. It's an old trick I use to increase friction for loose action figure ball joints.
