HBO's OZ Most Evil Character?

Hey guys.

I just completed all 6 seasons of HBO TV Show OZ.
It's dark,gritty,brutal and very entertaining show.
Howewer,it does have couples of totally over the top storyline,but hey it's fiction..


My question is: Who was evilest character in whole show? Almost ALL characters were dirty in one way or another.
I never seen so many psychopaths in same show ever before.

My Top 5,would be:

1.Malcolm Coyle - definitively deserved top spot. Even though,character was only in few episodes, but he still made us hate him 100%. Sickest character, IMHO.
2.Vern Schillinger - very caricatire alike character. There is no crime he hasn't done. Pure evil.
3.Wolfgang Cutler - damn, what a disturbing *******. His flashback is enough to put him in top 5.
4.Governer James Devlin - creepy little sob. I can't stand this prick.
5.Chris Keller - another hell of fame contender. He really deserved spot here. He did loved Beecher,nonethless he is pure evil.

Honorouble mention: James Robson,Claire Howell,Mark Mack,Mondo Browne and William Cudney.

I didn't like Ryan O'Reily(way to unrealistic,there is no way any human beings being that stupid to believe EVERY word he told), Adebisi & Kirk(waaay to cartoonish), Rebadow(God told me??? WTF??), Wangler(17 years old and one of the biggest force??)

I hated they killed Ortolani(beast. great character), Jefferson Keane(he and Ortolani are same guy in different gang), Kosygin(another badass who didn't fear anyone)...
